Requirements of Youth Council Members
- Accept Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour
- Display leadership qualities in teen ministry
- Regularly attend all teen services (unless excused due to school activities or work)
- Be willing to serve in any capacity necessary in teen ministry
- Display enthusiasm for the ministry
- Display Christ like character in daily living
Duties of Youth Council
- Help to plan activities and events that serve to enrich the spiritual, social and educational aspects of teen life
- Serve in any area needed in teen ministry
- Regularly attend planning sessions
- Promote and encourage other youth to attend worship, bible study and special events
- Lead small group discussions with other youth
