Pastor Shawn Moses is a dynamic and anointed minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. He is an innovative preacher on fire for the Lord. Pastor Shawn delivers God’s Word in an energetic and power packed fashion. He utilizes his sense of humor and creativity to deliver the Word of God in a way that is relevant and impactful to the lives of God's people.
Shawn was born in Muncie, IN to Pastor and Mrs. Mack A. Moses. Shawn grew up in the church and after graduating from Kentucky State University, moved to Memphis, TN in 2005 and joined Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church. Shawn faithfully and cheerfully served as an usher, choir member, and youth bible study teacher until accepting the call to preach in May 2008. He is married to Cecily Moses.
In September 2008, Pastor Shawn delivered his first sermon at the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church and was officially licensed to preach. Shawn was appointed as Youth Pastor at Oak Grove in August 2009 and ordained in November 2009. Since then, Pastor Shawn has impacted the lives of hundreds of young people in the Midsouth area, by preaching at Oak Grove’s Teen Service and at several churches in Mississippi.
Minister Shawn P. Moses continues to grow in the Lord as he is used by God to spread the Good News to both young and old about the all powerful, risen Savior!
